Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, please email your request by April 21, 2020 to Liz Verhalen. Each refund will be made, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be made if received after midnight on April 21, 2020 and no weather-related refunds will be granted.
NOTE: Registration does not include lodging. Reservations at the Inn on Biltmore Estate must be made separately – please refer to Inn at Biltmore tab at the top of this page. Your registration fee does include meals as noted in the program agenda.
